QEAssess connects the building site and the classroom. It started on the tools, with more than 40 years in the electrical industry, so we know the pressures of the job, the technical reality of the work and what a Gold Card means for your career.
Technical skill is only half of it. After 20 years in education, we know what awarding bodies need to see. We’ve trained hundreds of electricians and we also train the assessors. You’ll know what’s needed from the start, and your route to qualifying is clear and compliant.

How we work
Small by design
One person, start to finish
When you ring, you speak to the person who will assess you. There’s no call centre, and your assessor doesn’t change halfway through.
Honest before you pay
We check your eligibility and go through the Skills Scan with you first. If the route isn’t right for you yet, we’ll say so and tell you what to do instead.
Built around your work
Observations are booked around your jobs, on site or by live video where the rules allow. You won’t need to take days off to sit in a classroom.
