What we collect

• Callback formYour name, phone number, email address (optional), what you’re interested in, your preferred call time and any message you write.
• Eligibility checkerYour answers to the four questions, the result shown, your name, phone number and preferred call time.
• TechnicalThe page you sent the form from. To stop spam, we briefly use your IP address to limit how many forms can be sent per hour. It isn’t stored with your enquiry and is cleared within an hour.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and talk to you about the qualification or service you asked about. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We never sell your details or use them for marketing you didn’t ask for.

Where it’s kept and who sees it

• Enquiries are saved in this website’s database, hosted by IONOS
• A copy is emailed to us through Google Workspace
• Only QEAssess sees your enquiry. These providers process it on our behalf under their data protection terms

If you go on to enrol, we’ll give you a separate learner privacy notice. It covers the information needed for your qualification, including what we share with EAL for registration and certification.

How long we keep it

Enquiries saved on the website are deleted automatically after 12 months. Enquiry emails are deleted on the same basis unless you enrol, in which case the learner privacy notice applies.

Cookies

This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work and stay secure. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics in future, we’ll ask for your consent first and update this policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to pass on. Email info@qeassess.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
